Tired of rushed meals and mass-produced food, we envisioned a space that returned to the basics — where fermentation is slow, flavours are layered, and every dish has a soul. What started as a tiny weekend bread stall slowly grew into Maison Miette: a European-inspired bakery-restaurant nestled in the rhythm of downtown Toronto.

Here, we bake fresh each morning using organic flours and traditional techniques. Our kitchen creates seasonal dishes that honour the ingredients and the people who gather around them.
